They offer long-term career progression, exposure to technically challenging developments, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most experienced construction professionals.Job DescriptionLead MEP preconstruction efforts including estimating, bid reviews, subcontractor qualifications, scheduling, and utility coordination.Manage procurement, contract award, buyout, and ongoing performance of MEP trade partners.Oversee MEP budgets, change management, forecasting, invoicing, progress payments, and overall project financial performance.Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D trade coordination activities to ensure successful project execution.Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities.Partner with field teams to develop schedules, mitigate risks, and maintain project delivery milestones.Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Traveling MEP SPM/PM should have:5+ years of project management experience focused on MEP construction scopes.Experience delivering data center, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or other complex industrial projects.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Experience managing subcontractors, change orders, procurement, commissioning, and project financials.Ability to travel extensively and remain open to national project assignments following project completion.Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and BIM coordination processes.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.What's on OfferBase Salary: $150,000 - $170,000Opportunity to work on a landmark mission critical construction project.Structured travel rotation schedule.Long-term project pipeline with national career progression opportunities.Exposure to highly technical, large-scale industrial and data center developments.Leadership development and advancement within a nationally recognized construction platform.Interested?
