Job Description

  • Supervise all MEP activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Inspect and test MEP systems to confirm proper installation and performance.
  • Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations on all MEP systems.
