Job Description

  • Lead all on‑site MEP construction activities for mission‑critical projects
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls trades
  • Oversee installation of critical systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, and controls
  • Drive detailed MEP sequencing, prefabrication planning, and commissioning readiness
  • Enforce strict safety, quality, and schedule standards
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, commissioning agents, and trade partners
  • Proactively identify and resolve constructability and coordination challenges

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on mission‑critical/data center projects
    • OR complex semiconductor or life sciences projects with significant MEP scope
  • Strong knowledge of redundant power systems, cooling strategies, and critical infrastructure
  • Expertise in MEP coordination, phasing, testing, and turnover
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed construction and engineering documents
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
