Job Description

  • Lead all day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
  • Develop and manage short‑term look‑ahead schedules and daily work plans
  • Ensure work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and company standards
  • Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch lists
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management to proactively address schedule and field challenges
  • Serve as the primary on‑site representative with inspectors, consultants, and ownership

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on multi‑family or comparable commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
  • OSHA‑30 preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
