Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant job site
  • Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and project logistics
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, and progress documentation
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or large-scale commercial projects
  • Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (regional projects)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills



What's on Offer
