Job Description

The Traveling Project Manager will report to Regional Leadership and oversee all financial, contractual, and operational aspects of assigned projects throughout Arkansas.

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and project reporting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to maintain schedule and project objectives
  • Manage procurement, documentation, and project risk
  • Travel throughout Arkansas to support active project

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Project Manager we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience managing education, healthcare, industrial, retail, commercial, or manufacturing projects
  • Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Experience delivering projects in the $5M-$30M range preferred
  • Proficiency with construction management and project tracking software
  • Willingness to travel throughout Arkansas as needed
