Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion across multiple locations
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with clients, federal agencies, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including government project requirements
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain strong onsite leadership
  • Identify risks, resolve challenges proactively, and drive project efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Travel extensively to job sites nationwide

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of project management experience in light industrial, data centers, federal, and/or cold storage construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and complex projects across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of federal construction standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, P6, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended periods
