Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor project performance and identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with all company and project requirements.
  • Support project teams across multiple locations as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up data center, federal, and light industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost management, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
