We are seeking experienced Federal Project Managers to oversee large-scale construction projects supporting critical government infrastructure programs. Job Description

  • Manage federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Maintain ownership of project financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Act as the primary client-facing representative and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Enforce and champion all safety policies and procedures across project sites.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to develop and execute project schedules.
  • Facilitate daily team communication to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive project success.
  • Partner with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Report directly to senior project leadership on-site.
  • Travel to project locations as needed and support successful project execution throughout the duration of the assignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7+ years of federal construction experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.
  • Strong financial management and client relationship skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Familiarity with EM-385 standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven leadership experience managing project teams and field operations.
