Job Description

  • Lead full lifecycle management of industrial construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure schedule adherence and quality control
  • Manage cost tracking, procurement, and risk mitigation
  • Drive project performance across safety, schedule, and financial outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15+ years of project management experience in construction
  • Strong background in light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or data center projects
  • Proven ability to manage $10M-$100M+ projects
  • Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
  • Willingness to travel full-time
