Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and address project risks, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
