Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent

• Manage all aspects of retail construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any on-site issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.
