This role requires a detail-oriented professional with major expertise (12+ years of scheduling large projects) in construction scheduling and the ability to travel or relocate to central Texas.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for large-scale Data Center projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align timelines with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in scope.
  • Analyze critical paths and provide solutions to mitigate potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare and present scheduling reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on scheduling best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all scheduling activities.
  • Travel to project sites as required to gather data and oversee scheduling processes.
