Job Description

The Traveling Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects will:

  • Lead field execution for large‑scale, mission critical data center projects
  • Manage all site operations including safety, schedule, quality, and logistics
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Drive schedule certainty on fast‑track, multi‑phase builds
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs and quality standards
  • Act as the primary on‑site representative with clients and inspectors
  • Mentor and develop Superintendents and field staff

The Successful Applicant

The Traveling Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects will have:

  • +/- 12-15 years of construction industry experience
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing mission critical/data center projects
  • General Contracting background
  • Deep knowledge of MEP‑intensive construction and critical systems
  • Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs

What's on Offer

The Traveling Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects will receive:

  • Extremely competitive base salary - $170k - $210k
  • Additional 10% added to base salary for all traveling positions
  • $195/day per diem
  • Monthly vehicle allowance ($500-$1,000)
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • 20% project completion bonus
  • 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Cigna)
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • 3 weeks on-site, 1 week remote each month (monthly travel back home will be fully expensed by the company)
