Superintendents are empowered with high levels of ownership in the field and supported by experienced project management and preconstruction teams.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionOversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations across multiple phases.Drive project schedules, sequencing, and milestone achievement.Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Schedule & CoordinationDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules (look-ahead and master schedules).Coordinate subcontractor work to maintain workflow efficiency and avoid delays.Work closely with Project Managers to align field activities with overall schedule and budget.Safety & QualityEnforce strict safety protocols and maintain a culture of accountability on-site.Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.Lead site meetings, safety briefings, and subcontractor coordination meetings.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
