Job Description

  • Oversee daily jobsite operations and field teams
  • Coordinate subcontractors to maintain schedule and workflow
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance
  • Lead site meetings and communicate progress updates
  • Review plans and specifications for proper execution
  • Maintain quality control and resolve field issues
  • Coordinate inspections and milestone readiness
  • Report project progress to internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
  • Strong understanding of scheduling and field operations
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and crews
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with construction software preferred
