Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and clients regarding project updates.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
