Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and scheduling
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contract documents
  • Conduct daily site meetings, coordinate with Project Managers, and maintain project documentation
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended periods
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
