Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent will report to a Senior Superintendent / Project Executive and oversee field operations across national job sites.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site coordination
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards
  • Drive schedule performance and proactively mitigate delays
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and client representatives
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and final project delivery

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Experience managing ground-up or large-scale projects ($10M+)
  • Exposure to mission critical, data center, or highly technical builds preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally (projects may require extended stays)
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
