Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement
  • Lead daily site meetings and subcontractor coordination efforts
  • Enforce safety policies and maintain a culture of jobsite excellence
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications
  • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
  • Monitor manpower, productivity, and material deliveries
  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to achieve budget and schedule objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven success delivering ground-up Church, K-12, and Entertainment Facility projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and large field teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
