Traveling Superintendent - Commercial - Gulf States

• Manage and oversee on-site construction activities for commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Travel to various project sites as required to oversee construction operations.
