Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety programmes, and site logistics
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and ownership teams
  • Lead project execution through turnover, punch list, and final closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Experience delivering commercial, industrial, warehouse, or design-build projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, site coordination, and safety compliance
  • Ability to travel extensively across multiple states as project needs require
  • Proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach to field management
