With a consistent pipeline of work spanning retail, light industrial, healthcare, and education, they offer long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to investing in their people.Job DescriptionAs a Traveling Superintendent reporting into the Project Management team, you will take full ownership of on-site execution for projects ranging from $10M-$30M across retail, light industrial, healthcare, and education sectors.Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project close-outManage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure delivery on time and within budgetDrive project schedules and proactively resolve site issues to maintain progressEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standardsCoordinate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders across multiple locationsLead site meetings and maintain accurate reporting and documentationOversee inspections, punch lists, and final handoversMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
