Job Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for data center projects from ground‑up through commissioning
  • Manage subcontractors and field crews to meet aggressive schedules and milestone deadlines
  • Enforce strict safety standards and ensure full OSHA compliance
  • Coordinate complex MEP systems with a focus on mission‑critical infrastructure
  • Maintain detailed daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and site logistics plans
  • Partner with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and operational performance expectations
  • Drive project sequencing in fast‑track, high‑pressure construction environments

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven experience with data centers, mission‑critical facilities, or highly technical projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination and infrastructure systems
  • Experience managing fast‑track schedules and multi‑phase construction
  • Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
