We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead complex industrial and mission-critical construction projects across the Southeast and nationwide. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in light industrial, cold storage, and/or data center builds, comfortable managing technically demanding projects in multiple locations.

Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction operations from ground-up through project closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, field teams, and site logistics across traveling projects
  • Drive schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and quality standards, especially on technical builds
  • Coordinate closely with project management, clients, and design teams
  • Oversee inspections, commissioning, and turnover processes
  • Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to maintain progress

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following:Light industrial facilities, Cold storage / refrigerated facilities and Data centers / mission-critical environments
  • Ability to manage complex MEP systems and technical builds
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast and nationally
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
