Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities for ground-up projects across data centers, industrial, and technical facilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure project delivery
  • Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction
  • Oversee electrical scopes (for Electrical Superintendent roles), including mid- to high-voltage work
  • Support and drive quality assurance processes (for QA Engineering/Management roles)
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to meet deadlines and budgets

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience leading ground-up industrial, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or data center projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site development, and building systems
  • Experience coordinating complex MEP installations preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated success managing large subcontractor teams and aggressive schedules
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
