Traveling Superintendent - Data Center - Nashville, TN

• Manage all on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to all OSHA and company-specific safety standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and punch lists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the construction process.
