Job Description

As a Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of site execution on complex projects nationwide.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
  • Oversee mission critical and light industrial projects including data centers, warehouses, and distribution facilities
  • Manage site safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate with project management teams to maintain budget and schedule adherence
  • Enforce industry-leading safety standards on every project
  • Drive productivity and accountability across all trades
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Traveling Superintendent on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong background in mission critical, data center, or complex industrial builds
  • Experience delivering ground-up and renovation projects valued at $40M+
  • Expertise in managing schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Deep commitment to safety excellence and quality control
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
