Their portfolio includes large-scale data centers, critical infrastructure upgrades, and technologically advanced facilities that support the growing demands of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure.As the company continues to expand its national footprint, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent who can lead field operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and successfully deliver mission-critical projects in dynamic environments across the country.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for Mission Critical and Data Center projects from groundbreaking through final turnover.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed construction schedules while identifying and proactively mitigating project risks.Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe, productive work environment.Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Coordinate installation and sequencing of critical systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, generators, UPS, switchgear, and other mission-critical infrastructure.Facilitate owner, architect, engineer, subcontractor, and internal project meetings while providing regular progress updates.Support commissioning activities, testing procedures, punch-list completion, and project closeout processes.Ensure adherence to budget objectives through effective labor management, material planning, and schedule execution.Maintain project documentation, field reports, safety records, and quality assurance logs.Resolve field issues and conflicts quickly while minimizing schedule impacts and maintaining strong client relationships.Travel nationally to support project assignments and provide leadership on complex construction programs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
