Job Description

  • Oversee all daily field operations to keep work moving safely and efficiently
  • Manage subcontractors and schedules to maintain quality and productivity
  • Ensure strict safety compliance and uphold company standards on site
  • Coordinate with project managers and design partners to resolve issues quickly

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of field supervision experience across restaurant, retail, or commercial projects
  • Proven track record managing multiple ground‑up projects as the lead superintendent from start to finish
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficient in scheduling and project management software (Procore experience preferred)
