Job Description

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations for ground-up and major renovation projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectations.
  • Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and utilize construction management technology.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional jobsite culture that reflects company values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering ground-up church projects is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in K-12 education, entertainment venues, movie theaters, concert venues, retail, or high-end interiors will also be considered.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally; candidates open to regional Southeast travel are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, no-ego approach.
  • Professional, polished communication skills and a client-facing mindset.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead projects safely while maintaining quality and schedule performance
