Traveling Superintendent : Healthcare Construction

• Oversee daily on-site operations of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
• Address and resolve on-site challenges to minimize project delays.
