Traveling Superintendent : Healthcare Construction

• Oversee daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Review project plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
