Job Description

  • Manage all daily field operations on assigned projects
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site personnel
  • Plan and maintain project schedules and short‑term look‑ahead plans
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance at all times
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans and specifications
  • Coordinate inspections and site meetings
  • Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
  • Work closely with Project Managers and leadership teams
  • Complete daily reports and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments
