Job Description



ield Leadership & Execution

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Lead subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain project productivity while ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily construction activities and resolve field-related issues.



Schedule Management

  • Develop and maintain detailed short-term and long-range schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractor work plans and sequencing.
  • Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive accountability to maintain project milestones and completion dates.



Safety Leadership

  • Champion a world-class safety culture on every project.
  • Conduct safety meetings, jobsite audits, and subcontractor safety reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading field operations.
  • Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, project sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ability to lead large crews and multiple trades simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $145,000
  • Total Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000+
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based incentives
