Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial and Data Center

• Lead all on-site operations for ground‑up industrial, cold storage, and data center projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams from mobilization through project closeout
• Drive project schedules in fast-track, technically demanding environments
• Coordinate sitework, structural systems, and complex MEP installations
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
• Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination
• Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections
• Maintain accurate daily reporting, schedules, and look-ahead planning
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain timeline and budget goals
