Our client is a Georgia‑based commercial general contractor with deep expertise in light industrial construction, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
  • Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met
  • Maintain project schedules and coordinate sequencing of work
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to address challenges, changes, and field conflicts
  • Maintain accurate field documentation including daily reports and progress updates

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Proven success managing ground‑up light industrial construction projects (warehouse distribution, food & beverage, manufacturing)
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • Experience working with subcontractors and maintaining project momentum
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
