Superintendents are empowered with significant autonomy in the field and supported by strong preconstruction and project management teams.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionLead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion.Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily jobsite activities.Ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, and project specifications.Scheduling & Fast-Track DeliveryDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.Drive aggressive timelines, particularly on fast-track retail and commercial builds.Coordinate sequencing across trades to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.Multi-Site / Program WorkSupport projects across multiple locations or national rollout programs (as applicable).Adapt to varying site conditions and jurisdictions across regions.Deliver consistent results across multiple job sites and markets.Quality & SafetyEnforce safety protocols and maintain a strong safety culture.Conduct jobsite inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship.Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
