Job Description



Field Leadership & Execution

  • Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion.
  • Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily jobsite activities.
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, and project specifications.



Scheduling & Fast-Track Delivery

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
  • Drive aggressive timelines, particularly on fast-track retail and commercial builds.
  • Coordinate sequencing across trades to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.



Multi-Site / Program Work

  • Support projects across multiple locations or national rollout programs (as applicable).
  • Adapt to varying site conditions and jurisdictions across regions.
  • Deliver consistent results across multiple job sites and markets.



Quality & Safety

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15+ years of field experience in commercial construction.
  • 3-5+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale or fast-track commercial projects.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Retail rollout programs
    • Big box / tenant improvement projects
    • Hospitality or industrial builds
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors across multiple trades.
  • Strong scheduling and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel full-time nationwide.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $125,000 - $155,000
  • Total Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000+
  • Bonus: Project and performance-based incentives
  • Per Diem: $100-$140/day
  • Vehicle: Company truck or allowance + fuel card
