Job Description



Field Leadership & Execution

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.
  • Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining project milestones.
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.



Scheduling & Production Management

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
  • Coordinate trade partners to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when necessary.
  • Drive schedule accountability across all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading field operations.
  • Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction sequencing.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeastern United States.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • Manufacturing facilities
    • Food & beverage construction
    • Industrial/process facilities
    • Design-build projects
    • MEP-intensive construction
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $145,000
  • Total Compensation: $130,000 - $175,000+
