With continued growth throughout the region, they are looking to add experienced field leadership professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technically challenging construction environments.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionLead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining project milestones.Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.Scheduling & Production ManagementDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.Coordinate trade partners to maximize productivity and minimize delays.Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when necessary.Drive schedule accountability across all project stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
