Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it aligns with specifications and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects in light industrial construction industry.
  • Warehouse distribution and ground up manufacturing project experience.
  • Ground up new construction experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed project records and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
