Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations on commercial interior projects nationwide.

  • Lead day‑to‑day onsite construction activities for Class A interior build‑outs
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and quality control
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project plans
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and design teams
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
  • Travel nationwide on a rotating schedule, returning home approximately every three weeks
  • Represent the company professionally on all jobsites as the Traveling Superintendent

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role
  • Strong background in Class A office interiors preferred; other TI or renovation experience considered
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $25M+
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide on a full‑time basis
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments
