Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects will:

  • Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
  • Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and milestone tracking
  • Lead safety efforts and enforce company/site safety protocols
  • Conduct site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
  • Ensure quality control across all phases of construction
  • Manage inspections, deliveries, and on-site logistics

The Successful Applicant

The Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects will have:

  • 5-15+ years of construction experience with a GC
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or large renovations
  • Mission critical, commercial, or large-scale project exposure preferred
  • Comfortable managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across field teams
  • Open to travel or relocation for project assignments
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus
