Their integrated project delivery approach allows teams to collaborate closely from preconstruction through project completion, resulting in successful project outcomes and strong repeat business relationships.Due to continued growth within the mission-critical sector, they are seeking experienced field leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering sophisticated, high-profile facilities that support critical infrastructure and emerging technologies.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for mission-critical and data center projects across the United States.Oversee project safety programs and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, manpower planning, and scheduling efforts.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and design teams to drive project execution.Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.Coordinate installation and commissioning activities for complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and contract requirements.Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to minimize project delays and cost impacts.Lead subcontractor meetings and manage site logistics throughout all phases of construction.Monitor project productivity, workforce performance, and construction progress.Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders.Support project turnover, commissioning, closeout documentation, and final delivery activities.Travel nationwide and remain on project sites throughout construction durations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
