Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.

  • Lead daily field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and project sequencing
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives
  • Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field challenges
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construct

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading multiple ground-up multifamily construction projects as a Superintendent
  • Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, scheduling, and site operations
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
  • Ability to maintain project schedules while driving quality and safety performance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel full-time to project locations throughout the United States
  • Stable career progression within commercial or residential construction organizations
  • OSHA certification and proficiency with construction management software preferred
