Job Description

As the Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily, you will report to senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for on-site delivery of assigned projects.

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Coordinate with project managers to drive schedule and cost certainty
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and successful project closeout
  • Serve as the on-site representative with owners, inspectors, and design teams
  • Travel consistently across the Southeast to support active project sites

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
  • Background with wood-frame, podium, or wrap-style construction preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to travel extensively and work on multi-state project portfolios
  • Experience using standard construction software and scheduling tools
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
