Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start through project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site inspections and project progress reporting
  • Resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum
