Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site conditions.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
