Job Description

* Lead daily field operations from groundbreak through project completion

* Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and scheduling activities

* Coordinate closely with project management, owners, and airport stakeholders

* Monitor project progress and resolve field challenges proactively

* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations

The Successful Applicant

* Experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up construction projects

* Open to extensive nationwide travel and extended project assignments

* Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination skills

* Airport, retail, automotive, or car rental facility experience is advantageous

* Concrete construction experience is highly preferred
