Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all job sites.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee material and equipment deliveries to avoid delays in the construction process.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Travel full-time across the U.S. (restaurants and big box projects)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Nationwide (U.S.) should have:

  • 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Strong ground-up construction background preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively while traveling.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

What's on Offer

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000
