Job Description

  • HIRING ALL LEVELS FROM JUNIOR TO SENIOR
  • Lead field operations for industrial tilt-wall construction projects throughout the Southeast.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Enforce company safety standards and lead daily safety initiatives.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
  • Strong experience delivering tilt-wall industrial, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or large commercial projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region.
  • Stable work history and commitment to quality project execution.
